TEF has created 100's of intricately patterned mesh fabrics that have been digitally designed, manufactured and tested for performance. TEF practices industrial patterning which is characterized by stable holes in the fabric arranged with consideration of structural and aesthetic value. This technique lends itself to infinite variations in fabric design. This technique links and interlaces the in varying patterns and intervals to form a mesh-like fabric. Many different individual spindled yarns are twisted together in infinite combinations. The manner of twisting is controlled by digital programming. Different patterns can be seamlessly combined to create finely engineered products.
TEF has developed a library of hundreds of patterns that have been manufactured and tested for performance. These patterns have varying degrees of expansion, contraction, spring and stability. Patterns also have varying degrees of density. |
